Our events usually involve visits to producers in the region giving buyers and their teams the opportunity to gain first-hand knowledge of regional food production systems & products..
The events aim to bring together buyers and catering managers from all areas of the public sector, including schools, hospitals, prisons, universities and civic sites.
Recent visits have included a visit to a South Downs lamb farm.
