Getting Serious with Sustainable Food - Video

Short film taken from a visit to Country Market Farm in Bordon and Blackmoor Estate, near Selborne in Hampshire.  A public sector day for all professionals involved in the supply, procurement, production and serving of food, organised by SEFGP, along with Hampshire Fare.
 
The focus of the day was to work towards real change by examining alternatives - mutton, venison, rabbit, game, and the use of grade 2 fruit and vegetables.
 
You will see apple storage and gradings at Blackmoor Estate, plus interviews with professionals leading the way with procuring local, sustainable foods for the public sector.
