Formed in 1992 by Vince
O’Brien and Richard Francis, both having had experience in the Fruit
and Vegetable business since the late seventies. Operating from our distribution centre which is located in New Covent
Garden Market from where we supply hotels, restaurants, clubs and directors
dining rooms in London, the Home Counties and the South East.
As all our vehicles together with our distribution centre are temperature
controlled this ensures that we achieve the very highest standard of quality
and freshness and continuity is maintained. By locating our premises within New Covent Garden market and with produce
arriving from the continental markets we are able to offer a vast product
range at a minimum cost, to provide the highest quality and service to
our customers.They also have a comprehensive range of prepared produce and specialized
dry goods which is of great use to the busy caterer.
Entremettiers Matt Smith has is on the constant look at for new suppliers of produce from across the UK, with a keen interest in sourcing more UK produce, presently having a great demand from customers for product from the counties immediately around London
